Athletic Spotlight - Jackson Crute

Meet Jackson Crute, a catcher and outfielder for the team, from Wendell, N.C. Jackson enjoys eating mango, keeping up with his friends through Instagram and listening to music by Darius Rucker. If he could have any superpower, Jackson would have super speed because "if you have the time, you can run anywhere." Jackson's favorite school subject is science, and his favorite book is "Geronimo Stilton." His dad inspires him most because he "shows me how important it is to treat everyone with genuine kindness." Jackson's favorite aspect of SCC is the community environment. Outside of school and baseball, Jackson likes weight lifting, golfing and playing pickleball. His favorite movie is "Kung Fu Panda," and his favorite TV show is "How I Met Your Mother."
